AML / KYC Policy
Source updated: August 24, 2026
Bovixa maintains a strict anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) framework in line with international regulatory standards and FATF recommendations.
We do not tolerate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or financial fraud.
To support compliance, we may be required to verify the identity of customers during onboarding and throughout the use of our services.
This may include requesting identity documents, proof of address, payment-method verification and additional information about the source of funds or source of wealth.
We continuously monitor transactions and account activity to identify suspicious behaviour, unusual patterns or activity that may indicate misuse of the platform.
Where necessary, we may conduct enhanced due diligence or request further documentation.
We do not accept anonymous funding methods.
All funds must originate from accounts or payment instruments registered in the customer’s own name.
If we identify suspicious activity, we reserve the right to suspend or restrict an account, delay transactions, refuse withdrawals, request additional information or terminate services.
Where required by law, we may report such activity to the relevant regulatory or law-enforcement authorities.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping their account information up to date.
Failure to complete verification or provide requested information may result in service restrictions.
